Lunches with that delicious factor

During the working week and on Saturdays, fine food lovers no longer have to wait until the evening to savour the classic and creative cuisine of chef Roxanne Lange at the French restaurant Reflexions at Plaza Athenee Bangkok on Wireless Road.

 The chef, who has extensively experience in Michelin-starred French restaurants and her perfectionist team are offering lunch set menus from Tuesday to Saturday, from noon to 2pm.
The Reflexions new set lunch menu offers two and three courses, with three choices per course, plus the option of a course of the elite of French cheeses, courtesy of Les Freres Marchand. Starters range from Salmon with potato, ceviche ,citrus, pork belly, fennel and shrimp; Lobster soup and lobster tortellini, popcorn, sweet corn and sour cream to Steak tartare with quail egg, pickled onion, cucumber and mustard ice cream.
For a main course, choose from Japanese Seabream with caper, shallot , sugar snap, grapes lemon, Aquarello Risotto with tomato, asparagus, sour cream and olive oil and Wagyu Striploin with onion, green asparagus and gnocchi.
Rise to a sweet crescendo of Chocolate with caramelised popcorn , chocolate mousse, passion fruit, Strawberry with lemon, sour cream, vanilla, rhubarb and strawberry sorbet, or Roasted Banana with mango, lime mousse, banana espuma and honey ice cream.
The two-course set menu is priced at Bt999-plus and guests can select appetiser + main, appetiser + appetiser, main + dessert, or appetiser + dessert. The three-course set is Bt1,250-plus or pay extra to get Les Freres Marchand cheese flourish for three, five and seven pieces for Bt450, Bt700 and Bt950 respectively.
