Ticon Industrial shares to be sold to Frasers Assets
The board of directors of Rojana Industrial Park PCL has approved the sale of 478,699,619 shares in Ticon Industrial Connection PCL (representing approximately 26.10 per cent of its total issued and sold shares) to Frasers Assets Co Ltd at the sale price of Bt17.90 per share.
Rojana is a major shareholder in Ticon.
Ticon announced the sale in a Friday media release.
The share sale transaction is subject to the approval of the shareholders’ meeting of Rojana (which is scheduled to take place on March 23, 2018).
Frasers Assets Co Ltd is expected to then make a general tender offer to purchase the securities in the Company from the existing shareholders of the Company in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
