EEC Sustainability Expo 2026 Spotlights Area-Based Development Across Economic, Social, and Environmental Dimensions

The event highlighted outstanding EEC Select products and 30 signature local dishes rooted in community wisdom, demonstrating the potential of local communities and entrepreneurs in elevating the EEC area.

Held on 12–13 September 2026 at Central Rayong, the EEC Sustainability Expo 2026 under the theme “EEC Connect to Sustainability” brought together more than 150 partner networks, community enterprises, and local entrepreneurs. With over 95 booths and more than 1,000 visitors, the event offered opportunities to explore and purchase community products, engage directly with entrepreneurs, and learn about EEC’s development progress through the integrated exhibition “EEC Sustainability Showcase,” which presented initiatives across the social, environmental, and economic dimensions.

Key activities included the EEC Select Best Service 2026 certification ceremony for outstanding entrepreneurs in the EEC area, a knowledge‑sharing dialogue on linking investment benefits to sustainable community development led by the Secretary‑General of EECO and partner networks, creative culinary demonstrations by students from six educational institutions using local ingredients to promote income generation and elevate local food wisdom, and a showcase of youth innovation from the EEC Low Carbon School 2026 advancing waste‑management practices from schools toward model communities in the EEC.

EECO expresses its appreciation to all partner networks across the EEC area and reaffirms its commitment to connecting communities, resources, and opportunities so that the outcomes of EEC development continue to generate tangible and sustainable benefits for people in the region.
