China real estate prices
The average home price in Shanghai was 11,012 yuan (Bt55,000) per square metre in the week ended January 1, according to Soufun Holdings, the country’s biggest real estate website owner.
Price in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen were 15,939 yuan a square metre for that week while the price in Guangzhou was 10,981 yuan a square metre, Soufun said in an e-mailed report on Wednesday. – Bloomberg
