2nd Grene Condo launched

Preeda Construction's subsidiary, Preeda Real Estate, launched the second condominium project on Chaeng Wattana Road, to strengthen its "Grene" brand.
Launched after the success of "Grene Condo Sutthisarn", "Grene Condo Chaengwatana" will feature a 22-storey building with 376 units. The starting price is Bt1.29 during pre-sale.
Pitipat Preedanont, managing director of Preeda Holding, said that the new project is designed with a modern lifestyle concept for “young executives”.
Preeda Construction has more than 38 years of experience in the construction industry.
It is one of construction companies which have diversified to property development business, aside from Ritta Group.
"The company plans to continue the success of our brand “GRENE” in more prime locations," Pitipat said.
