Pruksa Real Estate is introducing its latest townhouse project, Pruksa Ville, at Therd Thai-Kalapapruk Road under the Bali style, with prices starting at Bt1.89 million per unit.
The project has 317 units with two types, those having one car park and those with two car parks.
The project will have a swimming pool, clubhouse, and green area to support the young generation’s lifestyle. The project opens for booking this weekend.
Single detached houses from Casa Ville
Quality Houses’ subsidiary Casa Ville Co is launching its latest single detached house project, Casa Ville Ratchapruk-Rama 5, with prices starting at Bt4.49 million per unit.
The project has only 133 units, worth a total of Bt600 million, and booking will start at the weekend.
The project is designed under modern resort style.
Sansiri launches single detached houses
Sansiri is launching single detached houses “Srethasiri Watcharapol”, under the Thai Series architectural concept, with price ranging between Bt6.99 million and Bt25 million per unit.
The project has 197 units on land measuring between 54 square wah and 176 square wah. Residences will have used space between 170 square metres and 325 square metres per unit.
The project is taking bookings, with 40 units of 197 units already sold.
