LPN Development is introducing its latest town homes, worth Bt400 million, under the natural modern architecture concept.
Prices start at Bt4.99 million per unit.
The project, called ‘Lumpini Town Place Ratchayothin-Sena’, has only 71 units. The project is located on Ratchayothin-Senanikhom Road, offering easy transportation by car and the mass-transit system.
The design theme is based on functionality while matching a city lifestyle. The houses would be three-storeyed with space utilisation of between 160 square metres and 200sqm on land starting at 19.5 square wah. This is a single detached house but located close to the central business district.
The project designs are of three types: type A is designed with a broad frontyard of 5.5 metres, while the house has space utilisation of 200sqm, providing three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two car parks.
Type B is designed to have a 5-metre frontyard and 160sqm space utilisation. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two car parks.
The third design, called type B+, again has a 5.5-metre frontyard, space utilisation of 175 square metres with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two car parks.
The project also has facilities such as natural modern garden, 24-hour CCTV security system.
The project is now taking bookings and will be completed in October this year.
