Krungthep Land is showcasing its latest two-bedroom units at the Pano condominium, which is designed in modern luxury style.
The units, which have usable space of 100 square metres, have a starting price of Bt12 million.
The project also has a one-price campaign running until the end of the month at Bt12 million for two-bedroom units, Bt22 million for three-bedroom types with usable space of 190 square metres, Bt42 million for a duplex penthouse with usable space of 330 square metres, and Bt100 million for a triplex penthouse with usable space of 650 square metres.
Detached Delight from Pruksa
Pruksa Real Estate is introducing its latest detached-housing project, the Delight Rama 5-Kranjanapisek, at a starting price of Bt2.89 million per home.
The project design is modern style with flexible functionality, following home-owners’ demand for open space and functions that match their family members’ lifestyles.
The project comprises three types of housing with usable space of between 110 and 135 square metres, with each home comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, two parking spaces and a multi-purpose area.
Khao Yai condo debut by Suralert
Suralert, the property arm of Thailand’s leading jute-mill company, Park Chong Jute Mill, introduces its first condominium project, the Bt2-billion Serene Hills at Khao Yai in Nakhon Ratchasima province, this weekend.
The project comprises four condo types: two-bedroom units with usable space of 102 square metres; two-plus-one bedroom types with usable space of 129 square metres; three bedrooms with overall usable space of 156 square metres; and three-plus-one bedroom duplexes with usable space of between 234 and 240 square metres.
Prices range between Bt5.9 million and Bt18 million per unit.
Town-homes for ‘IDOL Living’
Land & Houses is introducing its latest town-home project, the Indy Rangsit-Klong 3, under the “IDOL Living” theme.
The project, which is located on 12 rai, comprises only 154 units with a starting price of Bt1.69 million apiece.
The company is, however, offering a special price of Bt1.59 million per unit at the project’s grand opening this Sunday.
The town-homes each have usable space of 90 square meters on an 18-square-wah plot.
