Six dCondo launches by Sansiri

Sansiri is launching six condominiums worth a combined Bt6.38 billion under the dCondo brand this weekend.
The projects include the Bt750-million dCondo Campus Rang Sit-Thammasart, with a starting price of Bt1.25 million per unit; the Bt1.5-billion dCondo Campus Resort Bangsaen, with a starting price of Bt1.29 million; and the Bt1.5-billion dCondo Sign Chiang Mai, with a starting price of Bt1.45 million.
The other three are the Bt700-million dCondo CoCo Suratthani, for which prices start at Bt1.59 million per unit; the Bt1.2-billion dCondo Karnjanavanich, with a starting price of Bt1.39 million; and the Bt730-million dCondo Luxe Phuket, with a starting price of Bt1.29 million.
Pruksa’s Chapter One the Campus
Pruksa Real Estate has introduced its latest boutique condominium – Chapter One the Campus – under the “Knowledge Community” soft-loft concept.
The project is located close to Kasetsart University and offers a starting price of Bt1.9 million per unit.
Prasert Taedullayasathit, managing director of the company’s condominium group, said the project had been designed to offer more facilities that serve the needs of both university students and other buyers.
The facilities comprise a campus square, campus club, campus digital library, pool terrace, garden pool, fitness and steam room, yoga room, meeting room, games room, bicycle parking, laundry, and WiFi in public areas.
The project will open for bookings on August 18 at the Siam Kimpinsky Hotel.
D-Land town-homes on Rama II
D-Land Group has introduced its latest modern town-home project, Baan D Bangtorad, on Rama II Road.
The 456-unit project is worth Bt684 million and offers homes at a starting price of Bt1.29 million apiece.
Director Suthep Panyasakorn said the project had been designed in the modern style for the young generation and newly-weds, with each home having 100 square metres of usable space comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a parking space for one car.
Lumpini Mega City Bangna condo
LPN Development is holding the grand opening of its ready-to-stay condominium, Lumpini Mega City Bangna, on August 3 at the project site, located close to Mega-Bang Na.
A promotional price of Bt880,000 apiece for specified units is being offered for one day only.
The condominium, which comprises 4,047 units, offers easy transportation by the Expressway.
