Proud lifestyle, family complex at Hua Hin

Proud Real Estate has introduced Asia's latest lifestyle and family entertainment complex, the Vana Nava Hua Hin, that combines a luxury hotel, the first water jungle on the continent and 400 condominium units worth Bt1 billion.
The luxury hotel is ready for opening and will be managed by InterContinental Hotels Group, while the water jungle will open in the second quarter of next year and the condo project will open for sales next year and be completed in 2017.
Pruksa’s latest town-home projects
Pruksa Real Estate has introduced two town-home projects, Pruksa Lite Lox Don Muang and Pruksa Lite Lox Rattanathibeth, at a starting price of Bt1.85 million per unit.
Each town-home has usable space of at least 100 square metres, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Property Perfect has launched the modern Perfect Place Chanwatana detached-housing project, with prices ranging between Bt4.89 million and Bt8 million per unit.

‘Privacy is a Privilege’ focus at AP
AP (Thailand) has launched its latest town-home project, Baan Klang Muang Ladprao 71, at a starting price of Bt6.49 million per unit.
With just 49 homes on 5 rai of land, the project is designed under the theme of “Privacy is a Privilege” and offers more functionality to serve young couples. Each town-home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and 167 square metres of overall usable space.
