Vittakarn Chandavimol, chief marketing officer of the listed developer, said the project – located close to Rama 9 MRT station – comprises 385 units in a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom condos.
With a starting price of Bt2.85 million, the studio units have 21.5 square metres of usable space, while the one-bedroom units have 31 square metres and the two-bedroom units have 41.5 square metres.
The project is designed to offer more facilities to serve the urban lifestyle. These include a modern lobby, infinity-edge swimming pool on the seventh floor, fitness room on the eighth floor, rooftop garden on the ninth floor, and a multi-purpose room.
Meanwhile, the project’s landscape includes a green area, jogging track, and an urban space for those wishing to take part in outdoor activities, he said.
“We have designed the new project with customers’ activities in mind, and the demand for an urban lifestyle incorporating privacy as well as space for all their activities,” he added.
Construction of the Rhythm Asoke will commence in January, with completion scheduled for 2016.
