Pruksa Real Estate introduces the latest three-storey townhome, the Connect Up 3 Chalerm Phrakeit 67, with a starting price of Bt3.85 million per unit.
The project is designed in modern style with only 157 units on total area of 16 rai.
The townhome designs will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, utilising 160 square metres. It will give the feeling of a single detached house.
Phuthanarat’s latest residential project
Phuthanarat Co is introducing the latest residential project, the Pluris Kho Yai, designed to combine single detached house and condominium with a total of 364 units.
They include 50 units of single detached houses design in a villa theme as vacation residences, with prices starting at Bt12 million per unit, and 314 units of condominium type, starting price of Bt2.49 million per unit.
The project is designed under the theme, Shading by Nature, with modern tropical architecture style.
AP condo project on Sukhumvit
AP (Thailand) introduces its latest condominium project, the Rhythm Sukhumvit 42, located close to BTS Ekamai Station.
The project is designed under modern luxury style, combining 408 units with a starting price of Bt4.3 million per unit.
The project has two types – one bedroom using 27 square metres and 45sqm, and two bedrooms with 56sqm and 80sqm.
The project is already under construction and will be completed in 2016.
Major condo project
Major Development Estate, a subsidiary of Major Development, introduces the latest condominium project, Maestro 39 Residences, on Sukhumvit 39, with price starting at Bt3.2 million per unit.
The project is designed under modern luxury style with only 90 units on 1 rai and 4 square wah.
Construction will start this year and will be completed in December 2015.
