The seven-storey condominium complex will feature an L-shaped open space and courtyard to give residents the feeling of being close to nature as well as to the mass-transit system.
Pruksa managing director Prasert Taedullayasatit said the architecture was "modern luxury classic", taking its inspiration from the heritage of central Bangkok.
Each of its 273 units will look out on the courtyard while also featuring facilities to support the needs of younger condo owners who seek privacy and convenience.
For example, the project will have a swimming pool and gazebo, a tea room, an elegant lobby, and a fitness and steam room.
Construction of the project will start in November and will be complete by mid-2015.
