Pranburi Villas under Sheraton further boosts Thai presence

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has expanded its footprint in Thailand with the opening of the Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas in Prachuap Khiri Khan.
The converted and rebranded 55-villa property is owned by Honor Business Co, a Bangkok-based developer that also owns the 240-room Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa.
Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas is the newest addition to Starwood’s dynamic portfolio of 21 properties in Thailand under eight brands – St Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, Sheraton, Westin, Le Meridien, Aloft and Four Points by Sheraton.
Sheraton now operates four hotels in the country – Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort and Sheraton Pattaya Resort.
An easy and scenic three-hour drive from Bangkok, Sheraton Pranburi boasts a prime beachfront location 22 kilometres south of Hua Hin, a luxury resort destination frequented by the Royal Family. In recent years, Hua Hin has become fashionable as a weekend destination and holiday home community for Bangkok residents and expatriates.
Guests can choose among one-bedroom pool villas, pool villa suites with an additional living room, and duplex pool villa suites with a ground-floor living room and bedroom on the first floor. For larger groups, the hotel also offers the Pranburi two-bedroom pool villa suite.
All villas boast a private swimming pool, sun lounge, wall garden and the service of professional butlers. Rooms are equipped with the king-sized Sheraton Sweet Sleepe Bed with a plush mattress and cosy duvet, sunken outdoor bathtub surrounded by serene lotus ponds and a rain shower in the garden, LCD flat panel television, DVD player with a I-Home docking station, spacious work area and high speed Internet access.

LInk@Sheraton
Sheraton Pranburi features all the Sheraton brand’s popular amenities and services including the signature Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft and a Link Cafe. Guests can enjoy spa services by the private pool and a range of personalised regimens based on an “East meets West” technique, a soothing philosophy that harnesses elements of the natural environment to augment massage treatments.
Dalah Restaurant and Bar, the hotel’s signature all-day eatery, offers Thai, Asian and Western dishes in a rustic and airy pavilion with garden and pond views. The seasonal menu includes premium organic produce and healthy options from Colour your Plate. For relaxing evenings amid good company, Dalah Bar presents the Sheraton Social Hour wine tasting event three times a week.
Late next year, the property will open another food and beverage venue, the main swimming pool, a kids’ club and a well-equipped gym with the brand’s revolutionary health and fitness programme, Sheraton Fitness by Core Performance.
Sheraton Pranburi runs a shuttle service to Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa should guests wish to utilise the resort’s facilities, including Shine Spa for Sheraton and several restaurants. Guests will enjoy the convenience of signing privileges at such venues, charging their account at the villas. Other resort amenities, including the fitness centre, swimming pool and kids’ club, are also available to the villas’ guests without any additional charge.
As part of a special opening package, Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas is offering guests a stay in the newly revitalised pool villa at an exceptional 50 per cent off the standard rate, starting from Bt8,000++. For more spacious suites, the duplex pool villa suite will be available from B11,000++, and for the ultimate in luxury, the pool villa suite is available from Bt16,000++. All villas include a gourmet breakfast at Dalah Restaurant.
