They expect sales worth Bt4 billion from the four-day event and more than 100,000 visitors.
Besides the property firms’ promotions, all of the commercial banks are offering special mortgage packages for people who buy homes at the event.
Meanwhile, other property firms not joining this event are also planning their own promotions to boost sales in the last three months of the year.
AP (Thailand) will hold the “AP Space Odyssey” at Siam Paragon from October 22-26, offering special prices.
Sansiri’s “Life Comes Home” event is being held at CentralFestival Phuket from October 6-12, and at Siam Paragon in Bangkok and CentralFestival Chiang Mai from October 10-14.
Ananda Development, which is participating in the Home and Condo Show this weekend, is also planning a special event of its own, “Ideo Urban Pulse”, to run from October 16-19 at Fashion Hall, Siam Paragon. The event offers special prices for customers who book a home at one of its 11 condominium projects close to the mass-transit system.
The final quarter of this year is the time to boost sales after the property market faced a hard period in the first half, Preecha said.
