Quality Houses subsidiary, The Confidence Co, is offering its latest condominium - the Trust Condo @ BTS Erawan, at Samut Prakan province - with an off the plan starting price of Bt1.29 million per unit.
The project is designed as a 30-storey building of 1,570 units – including studio, and one bedroom, with using space between 23.70 and 28.50 square metres per unit.
The project will be completed in 2017.

Richy Place 2002 introduces its newest condominium project, the Rich @ Sathorn-Taksin, at a starting price of Bt2.63 million per unit.
The project is close to BTS Wong-Wien Yai station and is of 23-storeys or 511 units – one bedroom type with user space between 28.43 and 33.15 square metres per unit.
The project starts building next year for completion by 2017.

LPN Development introduces its latest single detached house, BaanLumpini Suan Luang Rama 9, with a starting price of Bt10 million per unit.
The single detached house designs are modern style with using space between 300 and 400 square metres per unit – and three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and five bedrooms and five bathrooms per unit, respectively.
The project has 104 units and booking starts now.
Estate Q’s eight-storey condo ready in 2016
Estate Q Co’s latest eight-storey condominium, H2 Residence on Ramindra 21, has a starting price of Bt1.29 million per unit.
Condominium unit designs are of two types – one bedroom and two bedrooms, with using space between 20.8 square metres and 45 square metres per unit.
The project will start next year with completion in 2016.
