Premsuk Property Development introduces its latest three-storey single detached houses as part of the Master Bang Khae development in Bangkok, with unit prices starting at Bt16.9 million.

This project has only 21 units, with each having useable space of 396 square metres, which includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and parking space for three vehicles.

The project is located close to MRT Bang Khae station.

SC Asset launches two new housing projects

The SC Asset Corporation has launched two new single-detached house projects – Life Bangkok Boulevard Ramindra 65, with units starting at Bt6.99 million, and Life Bangkok Boulevard Ratchapruk-Pinklow, with the starting price at Bt4.59 million per unit.

The projects will open for booking on Sunday.

The houses are designed to be luxury residences following the modern aesthetic.

New townhouse project on Rama 2

Pornsanti, a subsidiary of LPN Development, introduces the latest townhome project, Baan Lumpini Town Ville Suksawas-Rama 2, with units starting at Bt2.34 million.

Up to 70 per cent of the total 172 units have been sold so far. The townhouses come in two sizes, 115 square metres and 140sqm, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one multipurpose room.

Habitat Five promises 7% return on its latest condo

Habitat Five is introducing its new eight-storey condominium project, X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere, with one-bedroom units going at a starting price of Bt2.84 million. The units have useable space of 29.20sqm.

The Bt300-million project has a total of 65 units and will be completed next year. The developers also offer a rental management scheme for homebuyers and guarantee an average 7 per cent return for the first five years.
