Ananda MF Asia launches Q Chidlom

The joint venture firm of Ananda Development and Mitsui Fudosan Group, Ananda MF Asia, introduces its latest central business district condominium project, Q Chidlom Petchaburi, as a starting price of Bt5.5 million per unit.

The 42-storey condominium project has 352 units. They combine one bedroom and two bedroom types with using space between 35 and 63 square metres per unit.

The project will start construction this year, to be completed in 2018.

Pruksa Real Estate’s latest townhouse

Pruksa Ville 80 Tha Kham-Rama 2 is an Oriental-style project with a starting price of Bt2.29 million per unit.

The townhouse design has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with using space of between 95 and 118 square metres per unit.

The project is already open for booking.

SC Asset Corporation’s modern concept

This latest single detached house project, Pave Rangsit, is worth Bt1.35 billion – and offers units between Bt3.99 million and Bt6 million each.

The project has 320 units of three bedrooms and two bathrooms under the theme, Modern Concept. It claims more space to satisfy the demands of all family members.

The project is already open to booking.

Single detached houses from Golden Land Residence

This subsidiary of Golden Land Property Development introduces its latest single detached house, Golden Village Bangna-Kling Klaw. Price stands at Bt5 million to Bt7 million per unit.

The single detached house designs have three bedrooms and four bedrooms with using space between 120 and 198 square metres per unit.

The project will launch with a special promotion of free furniture and air conditioning to those who buy between August 22-23.
