AQ Estate’s project has 86 units

AQ Estate introduces its latest single detached housing project, AQ Shadi, worth Bt360 million with a starting price of Bt4.29 million per unit.

The project of 86 units is located on Phahonyothin-Rangsit road. Single detached house designs are to be modern style that combine 133 square metres of usable space and include three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Raimon Land unveils

Raimon Land introduces its latest four-storey twinhouse and single detached house project, Mews Yen Akat. It has a starting price of Bt75 million per unit.

The project has nine units, eight of them are twinhouses, and the last is a single detached house, with usable space of 747.32 square metres per unit. Land area ranges from 66.7 square wahs to 121.6 square wahs.

The project is already open to booking.

Units at Supalai’s new

project start at Bt1 million

Supalai introduces the latest condominium project, Supalai Loft @ Khaerai Station, at a starting price of Bt1 million per unit.

The project has 422 units that combine studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms, with usable space of between 32 square metres and 68 square metres per unit. The project will start construction in 2016 and completed by late 2018.

Kitha Properties project looks to 2018 completion

Kitha Properties latest condominium project, Than Living Ratchada-Wongsawang, has 712 units worth Bt2 billion. Starting price is Bt2.2 million per unit.

They include one bedroom and two bedrooms type with usable space of between 28 square metres and 80 square metres per unit.

The project starts construction in the first quarter of 2016 and will be completed in 2018.
