This latest single detached house design under brand “The City” is being launched at two locations, Phahonyothin and Ratchapruk, at starting prices of Bt6.89 million and Bt6.99 million per unit, respectively.

The latest designs are in modern style with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. They combine usable space of between 167-205 square metres for the City Phahonyothin, and between 185-217 square metres for the City Ratchapruk.

The AP (Thailand) projects are open to presale on November 14-15.

Supalai unveils its latest |condo project

Supalai Riva Grand, worth Bt6.8 billion, has a total of 706 condominiums and offers units at Bt3.3 million and Bt44 million each.

They’re a combination of one bedroom, two bedrooms, three bedrooms and four bedrooms with usable space of between 53.5 square metres and 433 square metres.

The Supalai project will be finished in 2018 and opens for booking on November 16-22.

Pruksa Real Estate’s latest |three-storey townhome

Patio Ngam Wong Wan is worth Bt800 million. Starting price per unit stands at Bt3.98 million per unit.

The Pruksa Real Estate project has a total of 135 units. They are of two types with usable space of 175 square metres and 185 square metres, and include three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The project is already open to booking.

SC Asset launches two luxury |single detached houses

Grand Bangkok Boulevard Ratchada-Ramindra2 has a starting price of Bt55 million per unit. Grand Bangkok Boulevard Sathorn, ranks between Bt17 million and Bt30 million per unit.

Grand Bangkok Boulevard Ratchada-Ramindra2 comes in modern contemporary style on land 203.2 square wahs per unit. SC Asset Corp’s single detached house design has usable space of 532 square metres, combining five en-suite bedrooms.

Grand Bangkok Boulevard Sathorn is designed in modern luxury style on land 111 square wahs per unit.
