Everland has announced its latest condominium project, The Politan Rive, with prices starting at Bt1.29 million for a one-bedroom unit with usable space of 24.5 square metres.

The project is located near the planned Phra Nangklao Station on the MRT Purple Line. It has 2,351 one- and two-bedroom units with usable space ranging from 24.5-60sqm.

Construction will begin this quarter will be complete in the first quarter of 2019.

Detached homes near Ratchapruek

Property Perfect has opened for booking a detached-housing project, Perfect Park Ratchapruek, with prices starting at Bt4.19 million.

The project has 226 units with usable space of 106 to 130 square metres, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The development is located near Ratchapruek Road. The company says it has been designed to be the “perfect digital village” with Advanced Info Service fibre-optics access.

Move in for Bt2.9 million and up

Major Development Estate Co’s ready-to-move-in condominium project, Maestro 12 Ratchathewi, offers a starting price of Bt2.9 million.

The project has 124 one-, two- and three-bedroom units with usable space between 26.5 and 99.5 square metres.

The project will be open for visits on January 30 and 31.

Modern two-, three-story townhouses

AP (Thailand) has announced modern contemporary townhouses, both two- and three-storey, Baan Klang Muang Suanluang, with prices starting at Bt3.99 million.

The project has 498 units with usable space ranging from 128 to 222 square metres.

The townhouse development is near Onnut and Srinakarin roads, offering convenient highway transport to Bangkok’s central business districts.
