V Property Development Co Ltd introduces a 5- and 8-storey condominium project, VTARA Sukhumvit 36, valued at Bt2.5 billion at Bt125,000 per square metre.
VTARA Sukhumvit 36 is located on Sukhumvit Soi 36, covering 4 rai or 1.6 square kilometres, and offers 466 units. Units come in two types – one bedroom sized 28-45 square metres and two-bedroom in 50-78sqm.
The project is currently under construction and should be completed by the end of 2018.
Luxury detached houses from Quality
Quality Houses Plc introduces Casa Ville Sukhumvit 103, which offers single-detached houses with prices starting at Bt5.69 million per unit.
The houses are designed following the modern luxury aesthetic on plots between 51 and 59 square wah. Residents will have useable space of between 129sqm and 149sqm. The houses come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The project, which is already under construction, only has 75 units on a plot of 18 rai.
New townhomes from Narai Property
Narai Property’s Flora Tiwanon offers three-storey townhomes at the starting price of Bt4.89 million per unit.
The three-bedroom and three-bathroom units are designed to have useable space of 167sm on plots of between 18.7 square wah and 55.2 square wah per unit.
The project has a total of 234 units on a plot of 22 rai. The project is already under construction and deeds will be transferred to customers in the last quarter of this year.
New condo blossoms on Sathorn
Siamese Asset’s Blossom Condo @ Sathorn-Charoenrat has units going at a starting price of Bt2.1 million.
The 8-storey condominium has a total of 899 units, which come in one-bedroom types with useable space of 31 and 43sqm, and two-bedroom type that use 64sqm.
Construction will begin in the second half of this year and should be completed in 2018.
