The condominium projects are Unio Sukhumvit 72 and Rama 2-Thakram, valued at a total Bt2.4 billion. Individual starting prices are Bt950,000 per unit.
Unio Sukhumvit 72 is an eight-storey building of 987 units totalling Bt1.4 billion. It will open to booking on July 30-31.
Unio Rama 2-Thakram, also an eight-storey building, has 728 units worth Bt960 million. This project is open to booking on August 6-7.

Sena Development’s |home-office project
Sena Avenue Bang Kra Di-Tiwanond is valued at Bt220 million with a starting price of Bt4 million per unit.
Home-office is designed as a three-storey building that features a solar-cell system to generate electricity to serve the residential demand under an energy saving concept.
The project opens to booking on July 30-31.

LPN Development’s special promotion campaign
The offer: buy a second unit and receive a discount price of 50 per cent. The campaign’s designed to boost sales in the second half of this year.
The plan offers 13 ready-to-stay condominium projects worth up to Bt2.8 billion at a starting price of Bt799,000 per unit. 
The campaign starts now and runs till September 30, 2016.

From AP (Thailand) another special promotion
AP Space Vision is offering discounts of up to Bt1.4 million for homebuyers of its residential projects at three events.
The first is between August 4-10, at Central Plaza Ladphrao; the next, between August 23-29, at Central Plaza Westgate; and the last on September 8-11 at Fashion Hall of Siam Paragon. AP is offering 0.25 per cent in mortgage interest for a period of 2 years for the first two events. The last event will introduce the latest condominium projects with special offer prices.
Up to 60 residential projects are in this campaign and include single detached houses, townhouses, and condominiums at a starting price of Bt1.82 million per unit.
