Joint venture develops Khao Yai luxury complex

The complex is slated to serve all customer groups in the luxury real-estate segment in light of the growing demand in Nakhon Ratchasima, a major tourism and transport hub in the heart of the Northeastern region, Piya International Co chief executive officer Nuanlada Ngarmthanapaisarn said.

With this partnership, Pirom at Vineyard by Piya International and a new project by Nye Estate will jointly create an all-inclusive residential complex that captures all customer segments in the luxury and super-luxury sectors, with a range of products comprising land alone, plots with houses, low-rise condominiums, and villas, she said.
The partnership between Piya International and Nye Estate will lead to an all-inclusive luxury residential complex in one of Khao Yai’s most scenic spots with unspoiled woodlands and natural settings.
Set on Phansuk-Kudkhla Road connecting Mittraphap Highway and Thanarat Road, the main road leading to Khao Yai National Park, the complex is just opposite PB Valley Khao Yai Winery, a well-known attraction in the area.
