Developer AP launches two new condominium projects

Listed property firm AP (Thailand) Plc plans to launch two new condominium projects worth Bt15.4 billion under the brand “Life” in the third quarter of this year.
They will developed under a joint venture with its Japanese partner Mitsubishi Estate Group.
The first development is Life One Wireless, worth Bt6.4 billion, which launched to the market on Monday. The project has 1,334 units with a starting price of Bt4.9 million per unit.
The next is Life Asoke-Rama IX, worth Bt9 billion, with 2,248 units at a starting price of Bt110,000 per square metre, Official sales will begin in September this year, according to a company press release.
