Report notes slight drop in real estate confidence

The Real Estate Confidence Index dropped 1.1 point, from 54.2 to 53.1 points, in the second quarter of this year compared to the first quarter, according to Real Estate Information Center survey.
This resulted from lower demand for residential property in the second quarter amid fewer new-project launches, the survey said.
