Property Perfect launches latest Metro Luxe condo project

Property Perfect launched its latest condominium project – the Bt1.07-billion Metro Luxe Rose Gold Phahol-Sutthisan – on Tuesday, appointing Plus Property as sales agent for the project.
The listed residential developer also plans to launch another eight condominium, townhouse and detached-housing projects worth Bt14.17 billion combined by the end of the year.
This is expected to drive full-year revenue to Bt22.2 billion, with overall presales forecast to come in at Bt16.6 billion, managing director Wongsakorn Prasitvipa said at a press conference.
