Magnolia launches Whizdom Avenue Ratchada-Ladprao condo .
Magnolia Quality Development Corp has launched its latest condominium project – the Bt2.7-billion Whizdom Avenue Ratchada-Ladprao – located next to the MRT’s Lat Phrao station
.
The newly completed condominium offers “customer activities and a sense of living to serve all new-generation needs, plus a 30-year building warranty and ‘zero defects’ quality”, the developer said at a press conference on Monday.
The guarantee applies to the structure, roof, wiring, plumbing, windows and doors of the condominium.
Buyers can obtain discounts of up to Bt500,000 per unit by committing to a purchase before the end of next month, president Assada Kaeokhiao said at the press conference.
