The Bt4.6-billion project – averaging Bt1.45 million per square wah – will result in a mixed-used development worth Bt17 billion that will start to construction by mid-2018, chief executive Prathip Tangmatithum said on Monday.
He said the company plans to develop condominiums for sale and Grade A office facilities on the former embassy site and is aiming for revenue grow averaging 20 per cent per year.
