The price of land has reached Bt1.5 million per square wah, resulting in large increases in condominium prices. One square wah is about 4 square metres.
The price of new high-rise condominium units in Sukhumvit 55 has exploded by 150 per sale within five years, whereas the resale price has grown by 80 per cent during the same period, Anukul Ratpitaksanti, managing director of Plus Property Co Ltd said on Tuesday.
