Boston Avenue launches single-detached project
Boston Avenue (1987) Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Four Wings Group, has introduced its latest single-detached house project, the Park Avenue Private, on Krungthep Kreeta Road. Worth Bt1.5 billion, the project’s units come with a starting price of Bt27 million.
Located on a 13-rai land, the project targets wealthy homebuyers such as top company executives, business owners as well as parents of students of the international schools in the vincinty , the company’s assistant managing director Bunyalit Jirapojaporn said yesterday.
The project will help drive the company towards its revenue target of Bt2.5 billion this year, he said.
