EGCO divests 49% stakes in Ban Pong and Khlong Luang plants to J-POWER, aiming to boost financial flexibility and invest in new energy

Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO Group) has successfully completed the divestment of Eastern Water Resources Development and Management PCL (East Water), immediately realising proceeds worth Bt5.2 billion.
