Flash floods have hit homes and made several roads impassable for traffic in Mae Hong Son's Mae La Noi district, prompting local officials to clear roads and provide aid to affected residents on Tuesday morning.

The widespread flooding caused by tropical depression Sonca has prompted the Highway Department to temporarily close two bridges on Highway 208 in Maha Sarakham.
