Frasers Property Home (Thailand), the residential division of Frasers Property Thailand, will focus on increasing its single-detached house portfolio to 50% while entering the condominium market as part of its new strategy, the developer said on Friday.

Frasers Property (Thailand), a leading real estate company, said its strategy for the next three years will be to generate 30 billion baht at a steady growth of 15% per year.
