Economic-crime prosecutors on Monday arraigned Rybina Intchai, known as Nana Rybena, and her husband Prinya Intchai (Way Thaitanium), along with two companies, over alleged fraud, a pyramid-style public borrowing scheme and forged documents linked to 11 complainants and losses topping 170 million baht — with the court later granting bail to Nana and Way and banning them from travelling abroad without permission.
