Frasers Property Home (Thailand), the residential division of Frasers Property Thailand, will focus on increasing its single-detached house portfolio to 50% while entering the condominium market as part of its new strategy, the developer said on Friday.

Listed property firm Property Perfect Plc has signed a contract with its Japanese partner Sumitomo Forestry to jointly develop a single-detached house project, Lake Forestry.
