South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol said on Thursday that he was not paying attention to the main opposition party's push to launch a special investigation into alleged irregularities involving first lady Kim Keon-hee.

Officers from the police's Special Investigation Bureau have arrested a Frenchman who allegedly was involved in a bank robbery in his home country.
