Bas–Fame saved four match points in a dramatic comeback to beat Denmark’s Mathias Christiansen and Alexandra Boje 2–1 in the India Open mixed doubles final, sealing their first title of 2026 and eighth career crown.

Thailand’s top mixed doubles team Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Sapsiree Taerattanachai yesterday reached their fourth quarter-finals this year, after they beating Wang Chi-Lin and Lee Chia Hsin of Taiwan 21-12 21-15 in the Malaysia Open in Kuala Lumpur.
