Eating Vietnamese food in Thailand was not on my itinerary when I took a working trip to the Southeast Asian country in September. On the last day of my trip, our group of 10 decided to try something nice together.

Cycling along the highways and byways of Thailand and enjoying the food, countryside and people – along with newspapers filled with positive news about the cave rescue – makes me happy to be part of the Thai landscape.
