The Thai Meteorological Department says thunderstorms, gusty winds, hail and lightning may hit parts of the Northeast before spreading to other regions from April 16 to 20.

The Meteorological Department has warned residents of many parts of the country to brace themselves for thunderstorms from Wednesday to Friday.
