The BBS Joint Venture Group, which won the bid to develop U-Tapao Airport and the adjoining airport city, has set up U-Tapao International Aviation Company Limited (UIAC) to manage the project, Putthiphong Prasatthong-Osot, senior vice president of Bangkok Airways Plc, said.
