Three people have died in floods from heavy rains unleashed by a strong monsoon in the South, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department said on Monday.

A TOTAL OF 91 people died during the recent deluge in the South, with five provinces still facing a threat from floodwaters, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department said yesterday.
