The Election Commission of Thailand has ordered a re-election in Phayao's Constituency 1 and a recount in seven polling units. The new voting and counting processes will take place in the coming weeks, including a referendum recount in Kanchanaburi on February 22.

The General Elections Commission (KPU) has been called on to investigate and make a decision on whether to carry out a revote, following reports of the discovery of marked ballots in several areas on Wednesday.
