Car camps boost year-end promos for Motor Expo 2023

The past nine months (January–September 2023) saw total market sales decline to 586,870 vehicles, a 7.4% decrease compared to the same period last year.

With total sales on the decline, various car manufacturers are implementing diverse strategies to maximize sales and achieve their targets for the remainder of the year.

One notable strategy involves aligning promotional efforts with the upcoming 40th Motor Expo scheduled for November 30 to December 11, 2023, at Muang Thong Thani.

Toyota

Toyota has launched a robust campaign titled "Toyota Big Promotion, Heart Is Trembling – Buy a car to win a car." Customers who reserve and purchase any model from November 1 to December 31, stand a chance to win prizes. The grand prize is a GR 86 car worth 2,949,000 baht, with the second prize including a Fortuner GR Sports car worth 1,959,000 baht and a Corolla Altis GR Sports car worth 1,129,000 baht. 

Other prizes include a Bangkok - Hong Kong tour package, iPhone 15 (128 GB), and GR Merchandise souvenirs, totalling 300 prizes with a combined value of 8,418,000 baht. 

Toyota also offers financial incentives, such as 10-month Help pay instalments for Yaris/Veloz/REVO models at 1,000 baht per month and for Camry HEV/Fortuner Legender models at 2,200 baht per month.

Nissan

Nissan presents a significant promotion titled "SAY YES!" Every car purchase from today to December 31 comes with a chance to receive a discount of up to 100,000 baht and participate in a draw for over 100 prizes worth more than 2.7 million baht. Customers registering through LINE NISSAN INNOVATION  have opportunities for additional discounts and special financial offers, including 0% interest or up to 84 months of instalment plans.

Honda

Honda introduced the "Hot Honda Promotion at the End of the Year – Same Offer as Motor Expo" campaign, featuring 0% interest at the beginning of Honda assistance with 12-month instalments, with a total value of up to 54,000 baht. Buyers also receive Honda Exclusive Care, including free 1-year insurance, periodic inspections, labour costs, spare parts fees for 5 years or 100,000 km, and Honda Ultimate Care, extending the new car quality warranty and emergency roadside assistance for an additional 2 years or 40,000 kilometres.

For those who choose a car in the e: HEV category, it comes with a warranty for the hybrid battery lifespan of up to 10 years. Additionally, there is a warranty for the entire hybrid system for 5 years with no mileage limit. Alternatively, there is a special option called "Double Smile Plus," a new financing solution from Honda Leasing that makes getting a new Honda car easy and comfortable. The down payment starts at just 5%, and it includes complimentary 1-year insurance for specific models participating in the promotion.

This offer is available for customers who book and receive a Honda car from today to December 31.

Ford

Ford's Expo campaign for customers purchasing a Ford Ranger or Ford Everest includes special interest rates starting from 0% and 1.99%, free first-class insurance, 
and a Ford Care program guaranteeing new car quality for 5 years or 150,000 km. Test drivers have a chance to win 1 Baht Gold.

Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi introduced the "Zero instalments, 100% happiness" campaign. Customers opting for a 7-seat family car, Mitsubishi Xpander, and Pander Cross, enjoy a special offer of 0% interest for 48 months or a 40,000 baht discount for government officials/state enterprise employees (GT model year 2022). Various other financial offer campaigns are available for different Mitsubishi models, with attractive interest rates and instalment options until December 31, 2023.

In addition, there are many other benefits, such as complimentary 1-year first-class insurance, a 5-year quality assurance, and free labour costs 
for the entire 5-year warranty period. Existing customers also receive an additional discount of 10,000 baht through the M-Drive app.
