This week marks one year of conflict between Thailand and Cambodia, as the continuous tensions have resulted in huge economic loss for two nations.
Professor Wannaphong Durongkaveroj noted that Cambodia faces more economic losses than Thailand amid wars, adding that Thailand needs to tackle labour shortages in particular sectors.
Thailand is aiming to complete the free trade agreement with the European Union by 2026, but Noel Clehane, Vice Chair of the EU-ASEAN Business Council, underscored substantial agreements over the timeline.
