Anutin pushes for another 50 million doses of Pfizer vaccine
Minister of Public Health Anutin Charnvirakul said that he had told Dr Paisan Dankum, secretary-general of the FDA, to invite representatives of vaccine companies for discussions on ways to receive more vaccines, in particular the mRNA one, in view of the public demand.
The representative of Moderna has accepted the invitation for discussions.
Meanwhile, the health official is planning to submit an offer to Pfizer Thailand to order an additional 50 million doses of the vaccine.
