PTT assures no shortages of natural gas

PTT Plc has assured all of no shortage in the supply of natural gas and natural gas for vehicles, despite floods that force closure of three NGV mother stations in Pathum Thani.

In the past week, natural gas demand dropped slightly to 4,020 million cubic feet per day, from 4,200 as power plants and industrial plants in the central region suspend operations.
Meanwhile, to address the shortage of NGV in the west of Bangkok following the closure of 3 mother stations in Pathum Thani, PTT has transported NGV from the East. NGV supply is now slashed by 1,000 tonnes a day, from 7,000 tonnes. It urged all to go to NGV stations along the main pipeline, or those on Bangna-Trat Road and Suvarnabhumi Airport.
