This latest announcement of sponsorship is part of the airline’s sport marketing policy and marks the second such cooperation with a major Thai sports organization following an agreement with the Football Association of Thailand to fund and sponsor the travel of Thai Premier League referees, Thai Premier League teams and Division 1 teams for the 2012 season.

We are confident that with the added comfort of our new fleet of airplanes, diverse flight network, punctuality and safety, these athletes and the members of the volleyball association will be able to perform even better, fulfilling their individual duties and bringing pride to Thailand” Tassapon said.

“Each year, the Volleyball Association sees a continual competition calendar with matches domestic and abroad, AirAsia’s wide array of flight routes provides the perfect solution for the association’s teams”
