Since entering Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia via local partners in the last three years, the company has enjoyed healthy growth with a combined Bt2-million monthly revenue from its own brands, Hero and D.
Deputy managing director Methee Athichitskul said yesterday that last year the company gained Bt10 million accumulated revenue in these markets, with 70 to 80 per cent of total sales coming from D brand plastic bags.

Thawee added that: “The AEC, which will fully take effect in 2015, will benefit the company, so we will seek more marketing representatives and distribution partners both in existing markets and new ones, including the Philippines and Singapore, in the near future.”
