New chief to lead developer into new era

Univentures has revamped its management structure and named Worawat Srisa-an as its next-generation chief of the developer.

Worawat Srisa-an would start his new role next month to oversee the continuity of the group’s legacy.
Worawat has a long record of professional experience and business achievements in both local and overseas markets during his 16 years in development. He is confident in leading the group to compete in the international arena.
Chairman Panot Sirivadhan-abhakdi said yesterday that the new leadership would carry the group into its future with continued business strength and an undisrupted development plan. Expansion and a well-balanced business model will reinforce the group as it advances to a new era of sustainable growth and ongoing success.
During the past 13 years, former president Ornruedi Na-Ranong and former managing director Thanapol Sirithanachai, now president of Golden Land, were the key forces behind the creation of a solid corporate foundation and the building of a transparent work culture that has driven the group to its current success.
The company has progressed from its initial position in the listing segment of the industrial sector to the current listing segment in the property development sector, mostly contributed by its engagements in residential projects operated by Grand Unity Development C totalling more than 14 projects with sales of over Bt17 billion.
Worawat said he was taking the challenge to lead the group towards a steady future and enhance its success as a conglomerate with sustainable growth and a well-balanced structure that enhances benefits to its organisation, stakeholders, staff and shareholders.
He intends to apply his experience acquired domestically and overseas to benefit the group in accordance with its organisational culture.
